The DPA covers:

- Nature and purpose of the processing
- Categories of personal data and data subjects
- Obligations and rights of the controller (you)
- Sub-processor list and notification process
- Technical and organizational security measures
- Data transfer mechanisms (EU infrastructure)
- Breach notification timelines
- Data deletion and return procedures
